NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Tuesday, February 7, 2012 7:00 PM (Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. and you will then receive a ballot)
If you cannot come to the meeting in person, a proxy statement is below, so that you can designate another unit owner who will be attending, to vote for you in your absence. We must have a quorum to open the meeting and conduct business. You may designate another unit owner that is attending, or a current board member. Please filI out the proxy (scroll down and do "file" then "print" and you will get the proxy on one page. Or you can copy and paste into Word, then print) if you cannot attend.
PLEASE give your proxy to someone who will be attending the meeting or to a board member. You can even drop your proxy in the HOA mailbox at the mail center or or email to mriof@mindspring.com. We do prefer email but if you must mail your proxy, please send to Access Management. Any questions please send an email to mriof@mindspring.com or send via the comment section on this website.
If you don't have your proxy that was mailed out, one can be obtained by requesting one through the comment section on this website. We will get one to you.

PROXY FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING OF VININGS RUN
CONDOMIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. TO BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 7, 2012
The undersigned member of Vinings Run Condominium Association, lnc. (the "Association") hereby appoints the Secretary of the Association or (fill in name of your choice if you do not want the Secretary to exercise your vote) as the true and lawful proxy of the undersigned (hereinafter the "proxy holder") to attend and represent the undersigned at the annual meeting of the members of the Association to be held on February 7, 2012 at 7:00 PM or any adjournment thereof. This proxy shall be used toward establishing a quorum.
The below-identified proxy holder may vote on any election, question or resolution which the undersigned would be entitled to vote if the undersigned was personally present at the annual meeting. The proxy holder may nominate and vote for any individuals that the proxy holder deems best fit to serve as directors.
