If your windows or sliding door need to be replaced, you need to Send a Maintenance Request or Log into https://sixes.cincwebaxis.com and complete an Architectural or Modification Request. Outline Contractor Info & Desired Manufacturer of Windows or Sliding Glass Door That Match the Exact Style Currently Present on the Building. These are your responsibility but they must match the community. You start the process by having a contractor measure your window dimensions after you
complete the Modification Request. Do not purchase or make a deposit on windows until after your
Architectural / Modification Request id Approved. Not following the Association Process will result in a fine.
WINDOW TREATMENTS and STORM/SCREEN DOORS
All blinds and curtains must have a white backing that faces the street. Outside storm/screen doors must be the same darker brown color, not light beige. When in doubt please send a question/comment. The uniformity will keep the community looking clean and keep the value of our property up where it should be. Residents who do not adhere will be fined.
MONTHLY HOMEOWNERS FEE
Monthly homeowners fees are due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 10th. You can pay online by visiting https://sixes.cincwebaxis.com If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to "VININGS RUN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION" and not to our management company. ~Thank you so much!
Please do not replace your outside front door light bulb or patio bulb with a household light bulb. The maintenance team will replace them with longer lasting bulbs. If your light is out, please send a maintenance request.
The light fixture on your deck and outside your front door must be the 60W Bright White LED bulb that is the standard for our community. If your fixture has broken or the is currently out you put in a maintenance request.
PET WASTE DISPOSAL CONTAINERS
"DOG POOP MUST BE PICKED UP IN ALL TYPES OF WEATHER. We love our pets but this chore is part of our responsibility. Please tell your neighbor when you see them ignoring their pet's droppings. Thanks so much."
Complaints are coming in fast & furious about our pet droppings. If your pet goes in the street, that also must be cleaned up. We are tired of stepping in droppings at night, while walking our dogs! Pet waste disposal containers are placed around the community. If you have a pet, please be considerate of your neighbors and use these containers. No one wants to step in your pet's mess, especially outside their front door and drag it into their home. Even if your pet seems to like the pine straw for his personal "gift", pick that up too. It's just not healthy and it's just not attractive...we love our pets and we want our neighbors to love our pets too! Thanks for your cooperation.

If you see a tree in our community whose health or stability seems to be questionable, please put in a maintenance request so we can keep ahead of any potential property damage or human injury.

GRILLS and SPRINKLER SYSTEM
We have been notified by Cobb County that open flame grills are not permitted on our decks for safety reasons. Electric grills are permitted. If you are found in violation, Cobb County will fine you $1,000.
Sprinkler System WILL NOT work if you paint the sprinkler valves in the ceiling. DO NOT PAINT THESE.
Placing large items at the COMPACTOR such as furniture, gas grills, etc. is an extra cost to the association…Per item fine of $150.00 per the Sign at the Compactor. Break Down Your Boxes!
